PAGSUMAHIN: An interdisciplinary discussion on addressing zoonoses in the Philippines

Every 6th of July, the World Zoonoses Day is celebrated in commemoration of biologist Louis Pasteur’s first administration of the rabies vaccine in 1885. In line with this global celebration, the UPLB Program for Zoonotic Diseases invites you to its first Zoonoses Symposium,“PAGSUMAHIN: An interdisciplinary discussion on addressing zoonoses in the Philippines,” happening on 28 July 2023 (Friday) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the NCAS Auditorium in UPLB.
This symposium is a great avenue for students, faculty, researchers, and enthusiasts to learn more about the latest updates and information relevant to zoonotic diseases. Experts from different disciplines and fields will be sharing their research and important initiatives to address zoonotic diseases here in the Philippines.
